Trained professionals providing services as impartial intermediaries are known as neutrals. They provide services essential to the resolution of disputes among and between individuals and organizations. Neutrals serve as arbitrators, mediators, evaluators, peacemakers, and ombudspersons. These skilled individuals are not advocates for, or invested in, the resolution of a disagreement in favor of any party.
